  • Prepare realistic budgets to assist sales and prospective owners.
  • Consult with the preparation of proposed by-laws.
  • Obtain comprehensive insurance quotations and on-going services such as cleaning and landscaping.

Upon registration of the strata scheme:

  • Prompt issuing of section 109 and section 26 certificates.
  • Undertake all statutory requirements.
  • Open bank accounts.
  • Establishing the books and records including the strata roll.
  • Convening the Inaugural General Meeting.
  • Prepare the Agenda and hold the First Annual General Meeting.
  • Attending to general secretarial, financial and administrative issues.
  • Providing a well managed scheme to assist sales.
