- Consult with the preparation of proposed by-laws.
- Obtain comprehensive insurance quotations and on-going services such as cleaning and landscaping.
Upon registration of the strata scheme:
- Prompt issuing of section 109 and section 26 certificates.
- Undertake all statutory requirements.
- Open bank accounts.
- Establishing the books and records including the strata roll.
- Convening the Inaugural General Meeting.
- Prepare the Agenda and hold the First Annual General Meeting.
- Attending to general secretarial, financial and administrative issues.
- Providing a well managed scheme to assist sales.
