First established in Yamba on the North Coast of NSW in 2007. Curtis Strata was formed to provide professional and efficient management and consultation to the entire north coast.

In 2011 Curtis Strata acquired its Kingscliff office.

Curtis Strata was established by Paul Curtis a Licensed Strata Manager since 1998.

Paul started his Real Estate career in Sydney in 1993 were he completed his training and acquired his license. In 1999 Paul and his wife moved to Ballina were he became a well respected strata professional in the northern rivers area.
